The Green Apple Tree

The Green Apple Tree carries the reader to a time when being young meant learning through heartfelt yet somewhat innocent mistakes. Compare this touching folktale to Thornton Wilder’s “Our Town” or Laura Ingalls Wilder’s “Little House” stories. There is a green apple tree in everyone’s childhood. It grows in the soil of innocence and bears the fruit of experience. $10.95
Best for ages 7 and above.

Here at The Children's Bookstore you will find stories for children of all ages. All of these stories are written by myself, Keith Lawrence Roman and published by my son Christopher. Until recently our books were only available direct from either my son our myself at book fairs and art shows. At these shows I sign and personalize hundreds of books every weekend.

Signing bookNow, you can also find and buy our books here at The Children's Bookstore. We keep tight controls over where our books are sold, so don't look for them on Amazon or BarnesandNoble.com.

We have at present 17 different books in print. Some are outrageously funny, others are sweet and sentimental. All of our books share a common theme of uplifting the heart. As lofty as it may sound, here at Morningside, we believe that healthy and happy ideas given to children are the legacy of our lives. Our mission is to change the world for the better... one child's heart at a time.
